How does the process work to set up my course?

We will have an onboarding call where I walk you through setting up the Social Connector platform and make sure you got access to the digital folder I created for your course assets.

Once that is complete, you will use that folder (and the organized folders within it) to upload:

-Your course videos and cover images

-Text for each module

-Any downloads or resources for students

-Images and your branding board

You’ll also choose a sales page template from five professionally designed options and provide the images and text for the sales page you choose.

Once I have everything, I’ll handle all the customization and tech setup for your course and sales funnel.

How long does it take after I pay to get my course live?

Great question! We don't go by date paid, but date that course materials and choices are submitted at 100%. So, the sooner you send us the required information, the sooner we get to work. As soon as you check off all of the items that must be dropped in your provided Google drive folder and email us at [email protected] and let us know they are there, we will check for 100% completion and if nothing else is needed, we will reply with an email letting you know that your funnel is added to the queue. At that time, we will give you an approximate date that your course will be live. Funnels are completed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of all required assets being acknowledged by us via email. This gives us time to build out all of the pages, test the automations, and make sure your systems are all in place.

What happens after my course is live?

Your course will be fully published and ready to sell. You’ll have one year of access to the course platform, and I’ll be available for tech support related to course access for that entire year. After the first year, platform access is $97/month. If you need tech help beyond that year, you can message me to book a tech call.

Can I make updates to my course later?

Yes! I offer a la carte services for adding new content, adjusting pricing, or even launching additional courses. Let me handle the updates while you focus on creating amazing content.

What if I don’t have all my branding ready?

No problem! I can guide you on what’s needed to create a cohesive look for your course and sales pages. If you need help finalizing your branding, we can discuss additional support options.

Can I use my own sales page design?

The package includes five templates for you to choose from. If you prefer to use a completely custom design, let’s chat about additional pricing.

Are there additional costs?

Social Connector offers a platform with email and sms messaging capabiliites. These services have use based fees associated with them. While some platforms charge more for subscriptions based on contact size to cover their costs, Social Connector aims to keep its costs reasonable for all users. In order to do that, platinum subscribers are provided a credit to cover the cost for approximately 5,000 email sends each month. After that, the costs of additional emails are as follows:$0.001 cent per email and $0.0025 for email verification.

If you have a professional email (highly recommended with new gmail/yahoo regulations) you may choose to turn off verification at your own risk. For text messaging we recommend Project Broadcast. We are fully integrated with Project Broadcast and their pricing structure is ideal. You may use your number within Social Connector for the most powerful combination of tools and is the most reasonable texting offer available in the United States/Canada.
